Our terms and conditions of delivery

FRANCE & EUROPE

DELIVERY

PALEM packages are shipped via Colissimo for France and DHL for foreign countries.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email following your order.
Shipping costs will change according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, shipping charges will be applied to each of them.

Under 150€, home delivery is charged at 6€.

Under 150€, delivery in a relay point is charged at 4€.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item to us, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Palem does not perform a standard exchange.
If the size or color of your item does not suit you, Palem will refund you and you will have to place a new order on our eshop.
For any return, please send us an email to contact@palem-brand.com indicating the order number and the name of the product concerned.
Within 24 hours, the Palem team will send you the return form and return label. You will have to print both, put the return form in the parcel and stick the return label on it. You can also return or exchange your item in our Boutique Palem: 85 rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris.

REFUNDS

Palem will refund you within 30 days after the receipt of your package.
Returned items must be in their original condition, neither worn, nor damaged.
The labels must not be removed.
